2 kids at middle of Amber Alert discovered protected; girl looked for Wagoner lethal capturing in custody

A woman is in custody after authorities say she shot a man in Wagoner on Monday and then ran away with two children, prompting law enforcement to issue an Amber Alert. Wagoner County Sheriff’s Bureau Representatives were dispatched to a shooting at Block 31300 on East 682 Road. MPs were told that a suspect shot a man and left the scene. MPs tried life-saving measures until the paramedics arrived, but the victim was pronounced dead at the scene, drove to the victim’s house, shot him and drove off with two teenagers in a vehicle. Authorities identified the suspect as 29-year-old Sabrina L. Spurlock and the children as Marley Warden, 6 and Mason Warden, 8. Authorities said around 9 p.m. that Spurlock had been taken into custody in Bryan County. Mason and Marley have been found and are safe.
