13 arrested, charged by fugitive element – The Suffolk Information-Herald
Members of the Criminal Investigation Division of the Suffolk Police Department joined their Refugee Unit on August 16 to find wanted refugees across the city, according to a city press release.
The team focused on areas that have seen increased criminal activity recently, the press release said.
As part of the detail, the detectives performed 66 service attempts. Of the 66 attempts, 13 people were located and arrested, and a total of 38 arrest warrants were served, including warrants from other jurisdictions that were also served at the time of arrest.
Those arrested included:
Monique Lashawn Allen – Capias / No-Show in Court
Timothy Wayne Bell – Capias / No Appearance in Court
Amanda Sue Cisco – Probation Violations (2 charges)
Jacob James Derubeis – Kidnapping (3 counts), robbery, strangulation, domestic assault, phone line violation, probation violation
William Eugene Goodman Jr. – violation of the linen law
Kenneth Larry Hobbs Jr. – forgery, utterance, identity theft to avoid arrest, failure to maintain child support
David Dauntwayne Lewis – Protection Order Violation, Letter Threat of Crime
Tyriece Levaughnt Lockhart – Domestic Violence, Serious Malicious Wounding, Avoiding Law Enforcement
Felicia Gore Moseley – capias / contempt of court (2 charges)
Norman D. Ruffin – Assault and Assault (2 counts), Parole Breach
Dominic Sawyer – Capias, trespassing, stalking, property destruction
Tyler Ward – Schedule I or II Drug Possession, Schedule IV Drug Possession
Raekwon Lamont William – Incorrect declaration of consent form for firearms (2 counts), receipt of money, goods or services on false pretenses (2 counts), gun possession by prohibited person
