PRICE – An Amber Alert issued Friday morning to two children believed to have been abducted by the father of one of the boys was canceled early Saturday, according to the Utah Department of Public Safety.
Further information on the Amber Alert cancellation was not immediately available.

Eight-year-old Manson Rowley and six-year-old Arsen Mangum were picked up by Price at 1 a.m. on Wednesday, according to the Carbon County Sheriff’s Office. Manson has blonde hair and blue eyes, is 3 feet, 11 inches tall, and weighs about 50 pounds. Arsenic also has blonde hair and blue eyes, is 1.75 meters tall, and weighs about 40 pounds. Both children were last seen in pajamas.
The suspect is 33-year-old Derek Michael Rowley. He is Manson’s father and has a warrant against him in Washington State. He is not allowed to contact his son, the police said.
Rowley had threatened to harm herself and the children, according to family members, police said.
Police said he was recently seen in the Carbon County area and “contacted law enforcement”. But he had since left the county and it was assumed that he still has the children with him.

Rowley has blonde hair and blue eyes, is six feet tall and weighs 190 pounds. He has a tattoo of a crown on the left side of his neck, a skull tattoo on his right hand, and other tattoos on his right arm. According to court records, he has a criminal history in Price, including criminal mischief and assault, and difficulty paying court-ordered child support.
Rowley was believed to be driving a gold 2004 Chevrolet Silverado with a flatbed and Washington license plate C66780T. It pulls a white semi-trailer with the Washington license plate 51311AE. The authorities at the time assumed that he could travel from Utah to Washington.
