Angelina Jolie claims THREE of her children ‘wished to testify in opposition to their dad Brad Pitt’ in nasty custody battle and divorce
THREE children of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt wanted to testify in court during their parents’ custody battle.
The 46-year-old movie star filed documents with the court through her attorneys last December, demanding that the judge overseeing the custody hearing be removed from the case.

Pitt and Jolie are parents of Maddox (19), Pax (17), Zahara (16), Shiloh (15) and the twins Knox and Vivienne (12).
You have been in a bitter divorce and custody dispute since splitting in 2016.
Pitt recently won a round after a judge issued a preliminary ruling on May 13th giving the former duo joint custody of their children, with the exception of Maddox, who is no longer a minor.
But the court documents filed in December paint a clearer picture of how the children feel about their father. Three even wanted to testify in the trial.

“The children in custody are old enough to understand what is going on,” read the document received from Us Weekly.
“The process will inevitably affect you emotionally. Three of the children asked to testify. It is more than unjustified to endure one of the children, which may be a pointless and futile process. It’s cruel. “
The documents were removed in an ongoing removal step by Judge John Ouderkirk because of a conflict of interest arising from his association with Pitt’s attorneys.
Jolie’s legal team first argued in August 2020 that Ouderkirk would have “ongoing business and professional relationships” should he be removed from overseeing the case.

That motion was denied when Jolie later argued that the above documents unnecessarily put her children through the trauma of the case because Ouderkirk should have been removed.
“Judge Ouderkirk denied Ms. Jolie a fair trial and falsely excluded her evidence relevant to the health, safety and welfare of the children, evidence that is critical to the enforcement of her case,” the documents read.
A source revealed that Maddox testified against his father and “it wasn’t very flattering to Brad”.
“He doesn’t use Pitt as his last name in documents that aren’t legal, but instead uses Jolie. Maddox wants to legally change his last name to Jolie, which Angelina said she doesn’t support, “the source told Us Weekly.

Another hearing is scheduled for July 9th, at which Jolie hopes to prove “clear, reversible, disadvantageous legal error” by Ouderkirk.
The actress has offered to keep custody of her children after Pitt “abused” her then 15-year-old son Maddox during a private jet flight from France to the United States.
Last month, Ouderkirk presented Pitt with a major victory in their argument, agreeing to give him 50/50 custody of their children after she blocked access.
While Pitt is delighted with the decision, a source close to the drama has revealed that the Tomb Raider star is “sorely disappointed.”

A source told In Touch that the actor sees the verdict as a “fresh start,” adding, “He’s overjoyed now.”
The former golden couple of Hollywood separated in 2016 after 12 years together, with the Tomb Raider actress citing “irreconcilable differences” in the divorce papers.
The split followed an incident on an airplane in which Brad allegedly lost control of himself and crashed into son Maddox.
After a review, the FBI and the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family released the actor from any wrongdoing.

Previously it was revealed that Angelina and Brad “spent every million dollars” in their fierce five-year divorce and custody war.
In the case, there were months of testimony, including from experts in child services and therapists.
Meanwhile, Jolie’s cryptic new tattoo appears to be a slap on her ex Brad Pitt after their bitter custody battle.
