Go on! Brian Austin Green applied for joint custody of his three children with an estranged wife Megan FoxUs Weekly confirmed.
The Beverly Hills, 90210, alum, 47, filed for divorce on November 25th, the day Fox, 34, filed for divorce after nearly 10 years of marriage. Green announced his split from the Transformers actress six months earlier.
The former Masked Singer candidate is seeking both joint legal and physical custody of the couple’s sons, Noah (8), Bodhi (6) and Journey (4). This is evident from the documents we received on Monday, December 7th.
Green did not ask for child support on filing, but did seek spouse support, and his filing showed that Fox was asking for the same.
Anger Management alum married Fox in June 2010 and separated from her in March, though he didn’t publicly announce the separation until May.
“It sucks when life changes and something that you’re used to, that you’ve been doing for 15 years, you’re trying not to get rid of it but to change,” Green said during a podcast episode, “… with Brian Austin Green “in May. “There’s the unknown aspect … there’s this pit in my stomach … I really don’t want Megan and I to argue … she’s been my best friend for 15 years and I don’t want to lose that.”
He added, “I will always love her. And I know that she will always love me and I know that what we’ve built is really cool and really special for a family. “
The Californian native’s comments came after the Jennifer’s Body actress was spotted at Switchgrass’ costar at her midnight Kelly machine gun Beginning of the month.
