Burgettstown girl charged with interfering with baby custody | Native Information

A woman from Burgettstown is wanted by McDonald Police on two counts on charges of disrupting custody of her four children.

Police accuse Lacey U. Blake, 35, of Shady Ave., for failing to return the children to their fathers between June 8 and 17, in violation of court orders signed by Washington County Judge Brandon P. Neuman, her to withdraw custody. Show court records.

The children were still missing Tuesday and their information was entered into the National Crime Information Center, according to court records.

The search of Blake’s cell phone and two of the children gave negative results, the police said in the affidavit.

District Judge Gary Havelka signed an arrest warrant for Blake on June 17.
