Christina Haack and her ex Ant Anstead ordered to attend mediation as a part of their persevering with custody battle

Christina Haack and her ex-husband Ant Anstead have been given a deadline to resolve their child custody dispute.

Christina Haack and her ex-husband Ant Instead are attempting to reconcile their differences. The pair must meet with a mediator on June 15 to discuss their contested custody and visitation issues before their next hearing, according to court records obtained by Us Weekly.

Anstead, 43, filed a petition with an Orange County, California, court on April 28 seeking full custody of his 2-year-old child with Hall, 38, according to Us. After being married to Hall for two years until their divorce in September 2020, the Wheelers Dealers host agreed to share joint custody with the Flip or Flop star. The England native, on the other hand, claimed in his suit that Hall failed to create a safe environment for Hudson in the years after their divorce. Instead alleged the Christina on the Coast actress returned Hudson to him in January without disclosing that the child had tested positive for COVID-19.

“At the time, my partner [Renée Zellweger] was filming her new project and her covid diagnosis placed the whole production on pause,” he stated in the April court documents, as per US Weekly. Instead also questioned Hall’s capacity to successfully parent Hudson, noting her previous usage of hallucinogenic Bufo Alvarius toad venom as evidence of her unfitness to care for their baby. The Wellness Remodel writer stated on Instagram in July 2021 that she “smoked a Bufo toad” while on her voyage of self-discovery.

Meanwhile, Hall told Us on April 28 that she is “deeply” disturbed by the situation after learning of Anstead’s custody petition. “I am a good mom,” she said at the time, “and I love my children with all my heart.”
