CLE at Leving agency to concentrate on profitable custody trials in defending “in danger” youngsters


Jeffery M. Leving Ltd.’s law firms will host the next Arthur S. Kallow Continuing Legal Education (CLE) series of seminars on Thursday, August 19 at 6:30 pm at 19 S. LaSalle St. in Chicago on Zoom.

The keynote speaker will be Matthew Stanton, Attorney at Law, Division Chief, State’s Attorney’s Office, Lake County, IL. Prior to his appointment as chief executive of the Lake County Attorney’s Office, Stanton was a family lawyer with Leving law firm. Stanton presents strategies for success in custody lawsuits where the future and safety of children are often at stake.

Attorney Jeffery M. Leving, Founder and President of Leving Law Firm, will moderate the CLE session.

Jeffrey L. Paustian, a matrimonial counsel and chartered accountant at Leving, will also speak on “Managing Social Media in Litigation to Protect Customers and Children at Risk”.

The Kallow CLE Seminar Series, which began in 2014, provides legal education to family law attorneys and other professionals looking to expand their legal knowledge. CLE credit is credited.
