Damon Dash and Rachel Roy were back in family court where the founder of Roc-a-Fella Records promised to make their lawyer “famous” for representing his ex.

During a Manhattan Supreme Court video hearing yesterday (Feb.25), Rachel Roy’s attorney wanted the world to believe Dash was a dead father.

But Mr. Dusko Poppington had none of it the New York Post.

“I can make you famous because you keep playing with my family,” Damon reportedly said during a lawsuit held through Zoom. “You purposely keep playing to make me pay.”

Donnell Suares, Esq. Matthew Cooper, Manhattan Supreme Court Justice, immediately complained, “He’s threatening me now, sir. Could you please advise the defendant not to threaten me or my client? “

Cooper didn’t see the threat say, “I think he said he’s going to make you famous … Mr. Suares would be very happy not to be famous as long as his client gets what she is entitled to. “

Damon vowed Rachel Roy would get the rest of the money (he’s currently paying about $ 6,000 a month) when he continued to mock her lawyer until Judge Cooper stepped in to calm things down.

Damon Dash and Roy have been fighting over child support for their two daughters for at least 12 years.

Damon was arrested in November 2019 for $ 400,000 in alimony.

Currently, Rachel Roy wants her children’s father to pay $ 100,000 in arrears plus legal fees. Damon and his attorney Eric Howard said he didn’t get the bill and if he had, the bill would have been paid.
