After investigating a domestic incident, MPs arrested a man from Lyon on an arrest warrant.
The warrant was issued by Lyons Town Court after 47-year-old Jason Morahan failed to show up for child welfare and harassment.
These allegations stemmed from a domestic incident in December.
Morahan has been taken into custody and will answer the charges at a later date.
