  • House Bill 96: Driver’s license suspended for failure to pay child support
    • Driving licenses that have been suspended due to non-payment of child support can now apply to the court to issue a temporarily restricted driving license. The purpose of the legislation is to help citizens get and secure employment in order to meet child support obligations.

    • Vehicle dealers will have the option of electronically registering their customers’ vehicles.
