Officials were called shortly before 2:00 p.m. to stab an apartment on the 2900 block of Frazier Street, southeast of Fair Park.

A woman who lived in the residence said she ran to a neighbor, a law enforcement officer, for help in arresting the woman and they were able to hold her.
