Hawaii Island police on the lookout for 11-month-old at heart of custody investigation

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Police on Hawaii Island are searching for an 11-month-old child at the center of a custodial interference investigation.

Authorities are looking for Alixea Fernandez- Santos. Police say her father Randall Santos ll left Wailoa State Park with the child around 3:30 pm Saturday in a silver Nissan Quest van.

Santos does not have custody of Alixea because of a family court order.

Police are also seeking whereabouts of three other suspects in the case: Monika Santos, 50, of Mountain View; Journee Cortez, 25, of Kurtistown; and Paul Abiley Jr., 31, of Kea’au.

Their involvement in the case isn’t clear at this time, however police are wanting tips that may lead to their location. If you know anything related to the investigation, you’re urged to call 911 or police dispatch at (808) 935-3311.
