If a defendant father has applied for a change in custody and parental leave and has requested that the parties carry out psychological examinations, the appeal must fail because (1) the district court’s findings on the interests of the best interests do not conflict with the great weight of and (2) the district court did not abuse its discretion by rejecting the defendant’s motion to request psychological reports.
