Kanye West seeks joint custody in Kim Kardashian divorce

Kimye’s custody chase is advancing.

Kanye West is seeking joint legal and physical custody of his four children with Kim Kardashian, TMZ reported on Monday.

The rapper’s response to Kardashian’s petition for divorce in February is “essentially a reflection” of his estranged wife’s petition, according to the website, which stated that joint custody does not necessarily mean a 50/50 split from North, 7, Saint, 5 means Chicago, 3, and Psalm, 1.

Kardashian, 40, and West, 43, are not seeking mutual support from their spouses – an interesting, if not entirely unexpected, development given the Grammy winner’s spending habits and the fact that the reality star was recently recognized as a billionaire.

Additionally, West wants them to be responsible for their own legal fees.

Page 6 reported in March that while the couple raised their children together, they stopped speaking to each other. West has asked that Kardashian be away from the couple when he visits the kids and “before Kim filed for divorce, Kanye changed his numbers and, according to a source, said,” You can contact me about my safety “.

West and Kardashian had set up a set up that made their split “a simple case of” you keep your money and I’ll keep mine, “the source added.

Page 6 exclusively revealed that Kimye divorced in January after six years of marriage. Kim officially submitted the filing on February 19.
