Kenya Moore has filed for divorce from husband Marc Daly, and the reality star is seeking sole custody of her two-year-old daughter Brooklyn.
The Real Housewives Of Atlanta star has filed for marriage dissolution in Fulton County, Georgia, according to new legal documents. In the file, Moore is seeking full custody of the couple’s two-year-old daughter. On the one hand, she asks for the child to physically live with her and also for permission to make all important decisions for the child, including medical and school treatment.
The ‘RHOA’ star’s husband has reportedly agreed to give her primary custody of the minor child, but in Daly’s response to the divorce, he asks for joint custody of their daughter in order to make the important decisions.
In the documents RadarOnline received, Moore and Daly have lived in a “good state of separation” since September 2019, and she says the marriage is “irrevocably broken and irreconcilable”.
