Kenya Moore’s 2-12 months-Outdated Daughter Brooklyn Obtained Threats From Bravo Followers, Ex-Husband Marc Daly Revealed In Divorce Battle

Real Atlanta Star Housewives Kenya moorsis ex-husband Marc Daly claims her daughter Brooklyn received threats from Bravo fans after she appeared on the reality show.

According to court documents received from radar, Marc made the claims as part of his plea to seal his legal battle with Kenya.

As we first reported, Kenya filed for divorce in May after almost 4 years of marriage. The case is still pending and the parties are fighting over the Georgia home they lived in – which Kenya bought before the marriage – along with child support.

A few months before Kenya filed for divorce, she filed a separate custody case. She claimed sole custody of Brooklyn while Marc received visitors. In June, the judge came back and gave the reality star primary custody.

The order states that Kenya can also display Brooklyn on RHOA without Marc interfering. He had previously spoken out against his child filming the show.

In newly uncovered documents, Marc pleaded before entering the consent order that the procedure should be held in a private setting.

He claimed that his relationship “received a lot of media attention because the plaintiff detailed her personal problems on the reality television show she is filming”.

Marc alleged “the parties’ underage child has received threats on social media platforms where she is featured and the defendant is concerned that additional exposure could lead to further threats” against the parties and Brooklyn.

Kenya’s ex claimed since the last trial he had “received an increase in threats of physical harm,” Marc said he needed to hire security guards to protect himself and his business.

He claimed that every time the media covered the divorce, his company had seen “a dramatic drop in sales due to negative press”. He asked the court to seal the case. It seems that the judge granted his request at the time. Months later, the judge came back with a ruling on primary custody.

The two are due to appear in court this year to argue for their assets. At the moment, Kenya is asking the court to seal the entire case.

Her lawyer wrote: “The petitioner is a high profile person who has a keen and heightened interest in preventing her private life from going public. Because of her public figure, the petitioner’s life, safety and privacy are generally the subject of the media and as such. ”

The judge has yet to decide.
