“Little one assist prices lots”

Israel Adesanya, the UFC middleweight champion, still has some hostility towards his former opponent Paulo Costa. They fought each other in September 2020 and Adesanya dominated Costa before knocking him out in the second round.

Israel Adesanya will again defend his UFC 263 middleweight title against Marvin Vettori this Saturday. Paulo Costa is meanwhile without a fight. ‘Borrachinha’ was scheduled to face Marvin Vettori in April but had to retire due to injury.

The UFC was also planning a fight between Costa and Cannonier, but the Brazilian pulled out after announcing that he was not happy with the amount of money he received. Helen Yee asked Israel Adesanya about this in an interview for her YouTube channel, and Adesanya hilariously said:

“If you expect this month, it is due this month. You know, child support costs a lot. So, yes, he does need the money to look after a baby as a single father. So, yes, it is due this month. “

UFC has to pay me as the main fighter to fight in main events.
Youtubers show all shame on this business.

Costa also had an issue with the UFC announcing his fight against Cannonier when he hadn’t even signed the deal. He also said that if he is to compete in a Main Event fight, he would have to be paid the same as a Main Event fighter. Anything under $ 350,000 was a joke to him. He also tweeted that he felt sorry for his fans who wanted to see him fight again.

Lots of great MMA fans come to me in several places and say; “We hope to see you fighting soon when you come back?” I really feel sorry for you. Unfortunately, I won’t be doing big shows to get the same pay as unranked fighters. That makes no sense.

UFC President Dana White did not take Costa’s tweets well and beat the Brazilian for his demands.

Israel Adesanya vs. Paulo Costa: The battle of the unbeaten middleweights

Adesanya vs. Costa was one of the most hyped UFC fights of 2020. Both fighters were unbeaten in their professional careers and both had explosive knockout powers. However, Israel Adesanya recently had a controversial win against Yoel Romero while Costa had a war with Cubans. The fans expected a lot from the fight.

The Brazilian failed to deliver, however, when Israel Adesanya took home the belt and all the applause after dominating Costa for the entire nine-minute fight.

Fans will flock to see if ‘The Last Stylebender’ can repeat that feat against Vettori, but no matter what, it’s going to be a fight to watch.
