Meet David Hasselhoff’s three Wives, Together with Pamela Bach Who Misplaced Custody Battle over Their Children

Hayley Roberts’ husband, David Hasselhoff, was once married to actress Pamela Bach, with whom he welcomed two children. But he’d been married before her. Meet all three of the actor’s wives.

“Baywatch” star David Hasselhoff has been married to Welsh beauty Hayley Roberts for almost three years, despite an age difference of over 20 years.

Before her, however, David was married twice – first to Catherine Hickland and then to Pamela Bach. Check out the actor’s marriages!

CATHERINE HICKLAND

In 1984 Hasselhoff married American film actress Catherine Hickland, but unfortunately the union was plagued by celebrity status and they divorced just five years later.

Hickland is best known for playing Lindsay Rappaport on the ABC series “One Life To Live” for twelve years, which aired for 45 years.

The actress also works as a hypnotist, and with over a hundred shows a year, she is considered one of the most successful hypnotherapists in the United States.

In addition, Hickland is a public speaker and writer. She is also the proud owner of Cat Cosmetics, a successful line of color cosmetics.

After her marriage to Hasselhoff ended, Hickland married Michael E. Knight in 1992 and stayed together until 2002. She is currently married to director Todd Fisher.

PAMELA BACH

David’s second attempt at marriage was to actress Pamela Bach, and it is his longest to date, with her divorce also being the most chaotic.

The two tied the knot in 1989 and were together for 17 years, welcoming their two daughters Taylor Hasselhoff and Hayley Hasselhoff.

In 2006, after 17 years together, Bach filed for divorce from the actor, citing irreconcilable differences. A tumultuous custody battle ensued.

After months of judicial and extrajudicial proceedings, David was awarded sole custody of the couple’s two daughters, with Bach granted visiting rights.

Prior to the verdict, David was briefly denied access to the girls after the judge was shown a video of him in a drunk state.

However, after further evidence, the judge ruled that the actor should be the sole legal and physical guardian of Taylor and Hayley, who were 17 and 14 years old at the time.

In Bach and David’s final divorce proceedings, the actor was asked to pay his ex-wife $ 10,000 a month as spousal support. By 2017, however, David filed a petition to stop paying, saying Bach was an actress and could get a job if she really wanted to.

She reportedly asked for an autograph, which David agreed to, but on the condition that she would give him her number.

Bach fired back on her ex-husband, explaining that her age would make it difficult to get a job in modern Hollywood. She was 55 years old at the time.

The actress went on to explain that she tried hard to get a job but was often turned down because of her age and the long hiatus she took from acting while raising her daughters.

Given how famous and successful their father is, it’s no surprise that Taylor and Haley have followed in David’s footsteps and are currently successful themselves.

HAYLEY ROBERTS

David first met his future third wife in 2011 in the foyer of a Cardiff hotel when the actor was still a judge on Britain’s Got Talent.

She reportedly asked for an autograph, which David agreed to, but on the condition that she would give him her number.

The couple soon started dating, and in 2016 David and Roberts announced their engagement, with the actor admitting that he knew he would be miserable in his life without them.

Two years later, David and Roberts were married in a beautiful Italian ceremony that was attended by some close friends and family, including the actor’s two daughters.

And despite the nearly thirty-year gap between David and Roberts, they have had a blissful union since their marriage, and there is no doubt that the couple are happier today than ever.
