NCIS star Zoe McLellan ‘needed for KIDNAPPING after disappearing together with her son amid custody battle with ex-husband’

Former NCIS star Zoe McLellan is reportedly wanted for kidnapping after she and her son disappeared in a custody battle with her ex-husband.

The ex of the 46-year-old American TV actress Jean-Pierre Guy Gillain has claimed that McLellan disappeared with her son Sebastian, who was born in 2013.

According to TMZ, which received court records on the matter, McLellan was marked “wanted” after Sebastian’s father sought help from the court.

The court records reportedly indicate that an arrest warrant for McLellan was issued in May 2021 from LA County.

And The US Sun confirmed through a Criminal Case Summary with the LA Court that McLellan was charged with kidnapping in May.

Gillain claims he has not seen or heard of his ex-wife or son since around April 2019, TMZ learned from attorney Lawrence Markey.

The attorney told the news agency that the child is still missing and is suspected of being with McLellan.

TMZ also noted that the LA County Sheriff’s office has no record of an arrest.

Sources familiar with the case told TMZ that Gillain last heard that his ex is likely close to NOLA and still doesn’t know where McLellan and his son are.

In 2018, McLellan was acquitted of previous kidnapping charges when a judge ruled that moving her son to Canada was not a child abduction, The Blast reported.

McLellan was accused of child abduction by Gillain after she moved her son to Toronto – a change that came without her ex-husband’s permission after getting a role in the televised drama Designated Survivor.

The judge reportedly described the move as “the result of Mother’s work in an area where both parties knew she might have to work outside of Los Angeles.”

According to The Blast, the judge said Sebastian was “emotionally more secure with mother than with father”.

Before moving, the actress previously lived in Louisiana while working on NCIS: New Orleans.

Meanwhile, TMZ noted that McLellan has not had any major television appearances since 2019.
