Our bodies Of Lacking Collinsville Couple Discovered Useless; Suspect In Custody

A man is on remand Monday night accused of killing two family members in Washington County.

Tulsa County MPs said the suspect, 32-year-old Brock Pavey, took them to the bodies of the missing Collinsville couple on Monday afternoon.

MPs said Sheri and Kraig Chambers were found in Washington County Monday afternoon after they were first reported missing on Sunday.

MPs said they were asked to check on Sheri and Kraig at their Collinsville home on Saturday afternoon. They said family members were concerned because they had not heard from the couple.

“We found physical evidence that they may have encountered a foul,” said Casey Smith of the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office.

MPs said the last person who had contact with the couple was Kraig’s cousin, Pavey. They said Pavey was only released from prison a few months ago.

MPs said after taking Pavey into custody he took her to Washington County, where he took the bodies of Kraig and Sheri after he shot them in their home. They said Kraig Chambers’ body was found under a bridge near Vera and his wife, and Sherri’s body was found just down the street.

MPs said the couple have a young child together.

“This is as bad a result as it gets. We have two deceased family members and one other family member arrested in connection with their murder,” said Smith. “We have a child without parents. Nobody wanted it to end like this.”

Pavey is on the Tulsa County Jail on two first degree murder lawsuits.
