According to investigators, a Palmyra man has been taken into custody on charges of child sex and one other charge.
Kent Uittenbogaard, 33, was charged with possessing a child’s sexual achievement and promoting a child’s sexual achievement after a lengthy investigation by the FBI’s Crimes Against Children task force.
Information was received at an address in the city of Macedonia that child pornography had been downloaded.
After a lengthy investigation, members of the task force found that he completed the downloads.
He is accused of using an employer’s server at work to retrieve and view the downloads.
He was sent to Wayne County Jail.
