The 2nd District Court issued an arrest warrant for Pearce on Tuesday.

Through their investigation, police discovered that Pearce, her 4-year-old son and her boyfriend stayed in an Ogden hotel Monday night. Police say Pearce and her son checked out of the hotel Tuesday morning at 8:50 am

Police have no information on the type of vehicle that Pearce may be driving, although they have interviewed the boyfriend.

Police believe the 4-year-old boy is not in danger, so it doesn’t meet the criteria for an Amber alert.
