Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna Attain New Custody Settlement After Three-Yr Authorized Battle

Amid an ongoing legal battle over their reality show for one season and three years after their initial agreement Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna entered into a new custody agreement for their four year old daughter dream.

In 2017, the former couple initially agreed to a joint custody plan that neither parent officially followed. Earlier this month, Kardashian and Chyna signed a new agreement that confirmed they both have custody on an alternating weekly schedule, with time evenly divided over holidays and vacations. Both reportedly also agreed to be drug and alcohol free while caring for their child. This condition came after Kardashian’s lawyer filed documents in April accusing his ex “point”[ing] put a gun to Rob’s head and threaten[ing] to kill him ” Kylie JennerChyna’s attorney claims Chyna’s mansion when he was on FaceTime in 2016 Lynne M. Ciani has refuted.

That co-parent deal comes after Kardashian tried to gain custody of his daughter in January and reportedly requested that the Instagram model’s time with her daughter be reduced to weekend visits with just a nanny in attendance. The filing asks Chyna to undergo a drug and alcohol test at least 30 minutes prior to each visit, with power to be given to the supervising nanny to remove Dream if she witnesses violence. At the time, Ciani told Entertainment Tonight about the allegations, “Chyna has overcome many unsubstantiated, malicious, and anonymous calls to child protection services falsely claiming she was an incompetent mother. On the contrary, Chyna is a devoted mother who loves her two children –King Cairo [her son with rapper Tyga] and Dream Renee – more than anything else in the world. “

Page 6 also reports that under this latest custody agreement, Chyna has withdrawn all of her claims against her ex, even though her legal battle against the rest of his family is still ongoing.
