The “Love & Hip Hop” star has just thrown the gauntlet in response to Erica’s petition for custody of her divorce. According to new legal documents TMZ received, Safaree says he wants joint custody, which means he wants to have a say in parenting decisions for their young daughter. Sapphires, and their second baby due next month.
Also … Safaree says he would like a consistent and uninterrupted upbringing and visit from his children. That is in the best interests of the children, he says.

As for Erica’s wish to have the exclusive use of the shared apartment … Safaree seems open to being relieved of any liability for the property by refinancing the mortgage … and provided he gets his share of any equity of the property.
Safaree also wishes to retain exclusive ownership of their individual vehicles and individually keep all personal items acquired during the marriage. As for alimony … he wants the court to deny her everyone, and he wants the court to determine all of the alimony obligations for her.
As we reported … Erica filed for divorce in May, just a few months before their 2 year anniversary. She wanted sole custody of the children, but Safaree won’t give up without a fight.
