Sufferer dies following stabbing in Myrtle Seashore; one in custody

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – Police said a person died after a knife stab in Myrtle Beach on Tuesday afternoon.

The officers were called to the 1300 block of Dunbar Street just before 6 p.m. Tuesday, where they found a person stabbed in a spar.

According to police, the victim was taken to hospital for treatment but succumbed to his injuries.

While the officers searched the area after the stabbing, they received information on the suspect’s whereabouts.

The suspect was arrested without incident. The person’s name has not been published. still.

“Our thoughts and prayers are with the victim’s family and friends,” said Myrtle Beach police.
