(SAVANNAH, MO.) The Andrew County Sheriff’s Office announced Wednesday evening that Donald J. Tipton is in custody after being charged with murder related to the death of a 10-year-old boy.
Tipton faces 13 charges, including first and second degree murder.
Tipton is also accused of endangering child welfare, domestic violence, and child abuse and neglect that lead to death, according to court records.
In a criminal complaint, Tipton is accused of causing the child’s death by beating and strangling the victim on November 30, 2020.
