Sam Hunt and his wife Hannah Lee Fowler have put off their divorce and are planning to stay together for the long term.
The pair had their first meeting met in 2008 and struck a deep connection with each other. However, they separated for a while after Hunt’s musical career took off in Nashville, Tennessee, but would reunite years later. As the story goes, Hunt moved mountains to win Fowler back and eventually hitched his partner in a private ceremony in 2017.
Given how much work went into making their relationship work, fans of the duo were taken back when Lee filed for divorce earlier this year while she was pregnant with their first child. Luckily, the soon-to-be parents have hard a change of mind and are looking to try their hands once more at marriage.

Nearly three months after filing for divorce, one of country music’s celebrated modern-day couples has changed their mind about going their separate ways following Lee’s decision to call off their divorce proceedings which was already slated for a hearing.
According to a recent legal file acquired by E! News, the country singer’s partner, who is presently pregnant with their first child, requested that the case be dismissed last month, and a judge has already approved the request.
No reasons were given for the change of heart; however, one can assume that their incoming child played a factor in reuniting the couple once again. Already, it seems like their reconciliation process has picked up much pace as Hunt was seen out wearing his wedding band.
Additionally, Hunt and Lee have also been spotted walking their pet dog around their Tennessee home, further alluding that the couple is giving their marriage another chance.
Fowler Accused Hunt Of Impropriety In Their Marriage
Being in the spotlight as a celebrity may have a huge impact on relationships and marriages. The continual scrutinizing of the paparazzi, media attention, persistent gossip, and the strain of being in the public view are all elements that can degrade solid relationships.

In the instance of Hunt and his wife, personal difficulties were a major role in Lee’s decision to file for divorce at the time. She said she and her spouse had “irreconcilable differences” and accused him of “inappropriate marital behavior” and “adultery.”
Fowler had also asked the court for primary custody of their yet-to-be-born child, as well as child support and alimony payments from Hunt. She also requested that she and the country music artist be “given separate property.”
Hunt And Fowler Are Having A Baby Girl
Hunt’s partner made the pregnancy news public for the first time in their divorce file. The singer later confirmed the baby’s gender in March and disclosed that they had yet to name her.
“I haven’t talked about this, but I have a little girl on the way,” he said during his appearance as a guest host on Country Countdown USA radio at the time. “I have a baby coming in about eight weeks. I blocked out two months at the end of May and early June. Really this year revolves around that big news in my life.”
Hunt continued, “Over the last four, five years, I’ve had a lot of buddies who’ve had their first kids. So I feel I’m ready for it. … I want her to be in the world before we name her. I want to be able to look at her and decide what name suits her best.”
What’s next for the couple
Hunt and Lee have shown that love is worth the effort a second time around. The pair is most likely making the final preparations for the birth of their first child, which is due later this month.

Fans of the couple would be overjoyed to see them welcome their kid. However, it is doubtful that they would learn much about the newborn from the parents. Hannah Lee has a reputation for being press-shy when it comes to her husband’s rising profession, and this is most likely going to get worse when the pair receives their first child.
Hunt is set to begin his 30-city 2022 tour on June 24 at the San Diego County Fair, following the birth of his kid.
