Teen found unresponsive, dies following custody dispute name, police say

A teenager has died after failing to respond during a phone call about a Curtis Bay custody battle, Anne Arundel County Police Department said custody battle. Upon arrival, the officers discovered an unresponsive 15-year-old. The teenager was taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead. The investigation of the cause and type of death by the chief medical officer is still pending. The investigation is active and ongoing.

A teenager has died after being unresponsive to a phone call about a Curtis Bay custody battle, Anne Arundel County Police said.

Police said officers were called to the 1400 block of Stoney Point Way in Curtis Bay just before 5 p.m. Tuesday about a custody battle.

Upon arrival, the officers discovered an unresponsive 15-year-old. The teenager was taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The investigation of the cause and type of death by the chief medical officer is still pending.
