MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Three suspects wanted in the death of a Memphis rapper and a 15-year-old child were taken into custody by US marshals.
The murdered Marion teenager’s family has a message for the killers
Authorities said Deandre Wilbourne, Deonn Wilbourne and Christopher Burkes were identified as possible suspects in the April 14 shooting that killed 31-year-old Donterrius Johnson and Babacai Diatta.
Both Wilbournes surrendered to investigators on Friday, and Burkes turned around the next day.
Johnson was a rapper who, according to friends, was named Mendenhall 2xs.
Another man, Noah Jones, 20, was arrested and charged with first degree murder and reckless endangerment related to the case.
