Tipton man taken into custody for little one pornography | Information

TIPTON – Police arrested a Tipton man Tuesday morning after a computer repair shop discovered images of child pornography on one of their devices.

A warrant for the incident at his apartment was served on Tuesday at around 9:15 a.m. on Tuesday, according to a press release from the Tipton County Police Department Apartment complex, 400 block on Ash Street.

Due to the proximity to the other residential units, heavy vehicle traffic and caution, the press release added that several residents of the same complex were removed from their homes shortly before and during the active delivery of the arrest warrant by the authorities.

This evidence is now being examined to see if it contains pictures of child pornography or child exploitation materials.

The police also arrested the unidentified man and he was taken to a local hospital without incident to be examined for a pre-existing illness.
