Duane Martin and Tisha Campbell are legally divorced.
A judge ruled Wednesday that the actors will not pay each other spouse or child benefits and will share custody of their youngest son Ezekiel. (Your oldest, Xen, is eighteen and lives with Campbell.) Per TMZ, they’ll take turns having the child in the weeks.
The source received court documents showing that Campbell is able to keep a rental property and a leased 2020 BMW. Martin takes a Kawasaki motorcycle, a BMW scooter, a 2014 Bentley and a rental property.

The judge also ordered them to “treat one another with respect and courtesy” in the presence of their son.

While sitting with me recently Kevin Frazier of Entertainment Tonight, said the actress when she left Husband she had financial problems.
“I had maybe seven dollars for my name and I was scared – it was like starting over,” she told the host.
“The fact that I raised kids who weren’t interested in the big mansion I had or that we had to start over or anything,” she added. “Starting over is not always the easiest thing, but it is the necessary thing. It is a beautiful devastation. “
The divorce comes after Tisha accused her ex-husband of physical and emotional abuse, as previously reported by TheGrio.

“I was abused emotionally, mentally and physically,” said the affidavit. “I have kept things hidden from my family, family, our friends, and the public, except for a few very close friends and people who may have witnessed over the past two decades, and put them in the back of my mind to protect my family , my spouse’s community and public figure. “
