Jean Muggli Strahan has been detained for violating a protection order, the gossip press reported.
She was reportedly charged with criminal contempt.
TMZ reported that Muggli violated the protective order by showing up at the house of her former friend Marianne Ayer.
The 57-year-old Ayer had accused Muggli of major theft, disorderly behavior, harassment and violent contact, according to TMZ.

Muggli was married to former New York giant Michael Strahan for seven years and they share twin daughters – Sophia and Isabella.
Michael Strahan, an NFL Hall of Famer, played defensive end for the Giants from 1993 to 2008.
49-year-old Strahan also has two children with his first wife, Wanda Hutchins. They were married from 1992 to 1996.
Muggli received $ 15.3 million and $ 18,000 a month in child benefits after her split from the NFL star.

According to court documents, she claimed her ex had been followed by private detectives at her North Carolina home.
Strahan’s lawyers denied the allegations, saying, “The idea of her being monitored is absurd and has never been proven.”
