90 Day Fiance fans were surprised to see Becky Potthast’s old mug shot photo resurface online, as she looks completely different from how she looks today. Becky is one of the controversial sisters of Elizabeth “Libby” Potthast, who first appeared on 90 Day Fiancé season 5 with her husband Andrei Castravet. The couple later returned for 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? seasons 4, 5, and 6, where Andrei’s issues with Libby’s family, including Becky, became apparent. While Andrei has had his fair share of aggressive moments, fans often side with him over Libby’s family, who they feel are simply ignorant and rude.

90 Day Fiancé fans were shocked to come across Becky’s old mug shot, especially after comparing it to a current photo of hers. Reddit user Midnightartist87 posted the two photos side by side, captioning the post “I’m SHOCKED”. Fans in the comments quickly began to speculate as to why Becky was arrested, with many believing that it had been a DUI. Fans were also shocked at the amount of work Becky appeared to have had done since the mug shot photo was taken, as her eyebrows, lips, and hair looked completely different.
Becky Isn’t The Only Problematic Potthast Family Member
Becky most recently appeared on Happily Ever After? season 7, along with Libby, Andrei and the rest of the Potthast family. Becky and her family are still at odds with Andrei, who is not willing to go anywhere near Libby’s brother Charlie Potthast, who has gotten physically violent with Andrei in the past. Becky and the rest of the family are annoyed by this, and Becky even jokes to Libby that Andrei might get deported after his Green Card interview.
While Becky certainly has her issues, she is not the only member of the Potthast family who seems to have run into trouble with the law. Reddit user Silent-pass-8520 commented, “Apparently it’s from her DUI mugshot lol. They all have DUIs except Libby.” Libby’s sister Jenn Potthast had also been arrested once, and Charlie had been arrested on several occasions. On the other hand, Libby’s father Chuck Potthast had been arrested in the past for not paying child support. Libby’s mom Pam appears to be the only immediate family member who has not been arrested, aside from Libby.
While Andrei is also a controversial 90 Day Fiance cast member, many fans feel that he has matured over the years, while Libby’s family has not. Unlike Libby’s family, Andrei does not appear to have any sort of criminal history, which also paints him in a more positive light. Many fans are tired of Libby’s family members using the show to argue with Andrei and create a platform for themselves, and want them to play less of a role in the couple’s storyline.
