Court docket Provides Non permanent Custody to Mom in ‘Save James’ Battle, however No Gender Transition Allowed

The ongoing legal battle over the sex of little James Younger continues. A Texas court has now granted Younger’s mother provisional custody of the boy and his brother Jude in a case that has received much attention over the past two years.

As CBN News has extensively reported, little James is in the middle of a lawsuit between his parents Jeff Younger and Anne Georgulas in Texas. The case made headlines across the country in 2019 after it was revealed that the boy’s mother intended, against the father’s will, to publicly convert him into a girl. Allegedly she calls him “Luna” instead of his first name.

Even the nine-year-old boy was also reportedly at odds with the proposed transition.

The Texans reported that Judge Mary Brown of the 301st District Court of Dallas County granted Georgulas temporary exclusive control of James’ primary residence, counseling, medicine, education and after-school activities on Tuesday.

The judge ruled against Jeff Younger, stating that she had “perceived an unwillingness or inability to obey the order, which is intended to serve the best interests of the children.”

However, Judge Brown did not give Georgulas the exclusive right to turn James into a girl. The second injunction available is written in capital letters.

“2. The exclusive right to consent to medical, dental and surgical treatment using invasive procedures, EXCEPT FOR ANY PARENT, A CHILD ON HORMONE UNDERPRESSURE THERAPY, PUBERTY BLOCKERS AND / OR TRANSGENDER CONVERSION (IF PRESENT OR PROVIDED) WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF COURT ORDER. “

The judge also ruled that Jeff Younger will be restricted in his visit to his two sons for the time being. Brown also ruled, “Younger’s tenures are continuously monitored by the forensic advisory service … at Mr. Younger’s sole expense and expense.”

In a post on the Save James Facebook page on Aug. 4, friends of Younger condemned the judge’s verdict, writing, “UPDATE: Judge Mary Brown ruled against the safety and protection of James and Jude Jeff’s expense.”

“To this day, no communication with her beloved daddy! Dr. Fletcher’s dishonest report prompted Anne to file an injunction from Ex Parte to prevent Jeff from seeing or even speaking to his sons. The child molesters say James and Jude are scared of Jeff! PRAY! ”The contribution continued.

“Anne opened a CPS investigation into Jeff too !!” the post completed.

As reported by CBN News, the hashtag #SaveJamesYounger went viral on Twitter in 2019 as Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX), US MP Dan Crenshaw (R-TX), Governor Greg Abbott and Attorney General Ken Paxton commented on the boy’s case.
