Drug job power arrests 5 Friday | Information

The Fifth Judicial Drug Task Force arrested five different people on Friday, four of whom were relatively high bonds on drug charges.

Lauren M. Sigmon, 35, Lenoir City, was arrested at 4:36 am on April 16 and charged with making / supplying / selling / possessing methamphetamine. Pending a hearing in the Blount County General Sessions Court on April 21 at 9:00 am, she was held on a $ 80,000 bond.

Joseph Sylvester O’Connor III, 38, Foothills Village Circle, Maryville, was arrested at 12:45 p.m. on April 16 and was assigned the manufacture / supply / sale of List I-VII medicines. Pending a hearing in the Blount County General Sessions Court on April 21 at 9:00 am, he was held on a $ 100,000 bond.

Staci Jean Kizer, 35, Stevens Road, Greenback, was arrested on April 16 at 12:45 p.m. on charges of manufacture / supply / sale / possession of methamphetamine and two cases of manufacture / supply / sale of List I-VII drugs accused. Pending a hearing in the Blount County General Sessions Court on April 21 at 9:00 am, she was held for bonds totaling $ 225,000.

O’Connor and Kizer were both detained at a 2000 block address on Skyview Drive.

Gary Franklin Payne, 45, Ken Way, Louisville, was arrested on April 16 at 11:00 pm on charges of possession of List I drugs and two cases of manufacture / supply / sale / possession of methamphetamine. Pending a hearing in the Blount County General Sessions Court on April 21 at 9:00 am, he was held for bonds totaling $ 175,000.

Andy Lee Harvey, 37, Grove Street, Maryville, was arrested at 11:01 pm on April 16 and charged with three no-show cases, one in a class of crime and a number of non-child support cases. He was held in the Blount County General Sessions Court pending a hearing on April 21st and 9th at 1:30 pm on April 22nd and 26th.

Payne and Harvey were both detained at a 300-block address on Fountain View Circle.

The Fifth Judicial Drug Task Force consists of MPs and officials from the BCSO and the Maryville and Alcoa Police Departments.
