In a heartbreaking Instagram video posted by radio personality DJ Self, Rob is visibly distressed on the hospital bed, struggling to breathe. “The pain is a crazy man, but it helps me,” says Rob in the video.

Who are Black Rob’s kids?
The 52-year-old rapper, who hails from Buffalo, New York, is known for being extremely private in his personal life. When Black Rob spoke on Connecticut’s rap show Bars On I-95 in October 2020, he was addressing his financial troubles. He added that child support “kills” him and adds to his financial hardship.
The Whoa hitmaker said, “I’m still under pressure. It may not seem like it [but] a (N word) is under pressure. I need help man. I get money, but child support is killing me. I can’t even live my life! I’m supposed to be poppin. “
In addition to problems with supporting children, the seasoned rapper has also had setbacks in his career due to legal problems and health problems. Before he was hospitalized in April 2021, he suffered a minor stroke in late 2014. He has since given up drinking and started eating healthily, which at the time helped him recover.
According to Explore Celeb, Black Rob prefers to keep his relationships a secret. He is still unmarried to this day. However, he is known to be the father of four children – son Million and daughters Kayli, Rianna and Diamond. Not much is known about his children except that he provides them with child support.
