Brian Austin Green seeks joint custody of his three sons and Megan Fox.

According to Green’s divorce petition response that ET received on Monday, Beverly Hills, 90210 alum, is seeking joint custody of their children – Noah, 8, Bodhi, 6, and Journey (4).

The papers, filed on November 25, the same day Fox first filed for her own divorce petition, cite irreconcilable differences as the cause and demand support for himself and Fox rather than child support.

Green also demanded that both he and Fox pay their own legal fees and court costs.

Green’s petition mirrors that of Fox – who also cited irreconcilable differences and asked for joint custody. However, Fox seeks to end the possibility of either Green or herself receiving spousal support.

Additionally, Green claims they split in March 2020, while Fox claims they split in November 2019.

This isn’t the first time Fox has filed for divorce. The actress had filed for divorce from Green back in 2015, but the following May Fox became pregnant with their third child and confirmed that she and Green had reconciled.

In April 2019, Fox officially filed a dismissal of her divorce case against Green.

In May, Green confirmed the news of their breakup in an episode of his podcast.

“Neither of us harmed themselves. She was always honest with me. I was always honest with her,” he said. “We had an amazing relationship. I will always love her. And I know that she will always love me and I know that what we have built is really cool and really special for a family.”

After their breakup, Fox sparked a romance with musician Machine Gun Kelly. The couple was spotted packing on the PDA at dinner, and Fox appeared in the music video for his song “Bloody Valentine”.

The couple made their red carpet debut last weekend at this year’s American Music Awards, where Fox presented Kelly’s live performance.
