Wiggins spent the money on child alimony, cosmetic surgery for a family member, homes, a boat, a car, gambling in Las Vegas and Ohio, and jewelry, Hayes said.

Wiggins’ license to practice has been suspended by the Ohio Supreme Court, Hayes said. He believes he risks being banned.
